Bank of Africa to Be Listed on BRVM

Bank of Africa founded in 1982 in Bamako , Mali is a African multinational firm that has a presence in 10 African markets that include Cote d’ivoire,Senegal,Kenya,Tanzania and Uganda.

The bank is said to start the process of being listed on the BRVM in the next few days.It will initially list 120,000 shares valued at 20,000 CFA per share with subscriptions closing on March 5th 2010.
